Best photo editing software for the price . . .?
So I want the best software under $100. If it’s like 120 or something, I wouldn’t mind as long as it’s better than a cheaper product. I don’t need anything professional, like Adobe Photoshop CS4, and I can’t afford to spend $800 product, either. So, what can I buy?

How about FREE? Try some of the following. Some of them, however, are harder to ‘get into’ than others.
If you are a student, you can get Photoshop CS3 for $150 or less.
If not, try GIMP or try to buy an old Photoshop. Or buy Photoshop Elements.
